Yetminster

A large village with yellow-stone houses many of them are 17th century and earlier and have mullioned windows.

Upbury Farm dates from the 15th century with 16th and 17th century additions. The Manor House is from the 16th and 17th century and Gable Court in the main street dates from 1600.

The beautiful Church of St Andrew dates from the 15^th century but has a 13^th century chancel, some fine monuments and brasses. One brass figure dates from 1531 and there a number of wall monuments of the 17^th and 18^th century. Some of the benches are 15^th century. In the churchyard are some fine headstones and tombs.
