Yateley The Church of St Peter is of Saxon origins with a partly Norman restoration, 13th century Early English chancel, 15th century west tower of brick and timber. There is a 15th century wooden porch with a figure of St John, several brasses and fragments of a anchorite’s cell. There is a notable crystal cup, dated 1675. There is also a charming old lych-gate.
