URPoint Details
Although there is no longer a village here, it’s the church itself which is worth a visit.
It dates from the 12th century and is towerless and could be mistaken for a farm building, and during the 1930s it was used to house pigs.
It has been restored and has lovely box pews, a Georgian canopied pulpit, has a small gallery ands apsidal chancel lovingly carved and the carved roof timbers are a delight to see. There is a plaque to a county in Wales, Powys and is the only adornment the little church has.
