URPoint Details
St Swithun's is a unique church with its Saxon tower, the rest of the building was re-fashioned around 1850. The nave roof is supported by angels and the aisle roof, rather surprisingly, by elephants all made of papier-machie and shown at the 1862 Paris Exhibition.
