Whitwell - Church of St Lawrence

The Parish Church of St Lawrence was founded about 1150 and all the medieval styles of architecture are represented in it.

Inside are several monuments including one to Sir Roger Manners, son of Dorothy Vernon of Haddon Hall. He lived nearby in Whitwell Hall.
