In the Perthshire hills at a height of over 1,000ft on one of General Wade’s roads and near where the road takes you to the Tummel valley is the little Loch Kinardochy.
The westerly of the two roads climbs up onto the moorlands below Schihallion rising to 3,547ft with spectacular views before descending to Kinloch Rannoch.
