URPoint Details
A delightful agricultural village with thatched roofs almost black and where little has changed in a very long time, with oaks in the fields.
Woodsford Castle a fortified house is only a couple of miles away and is a basically 14th century thatched building one of the largest in England.
The church rebuilt in 1640 and remains mostly Jacobean with a screen, canopied pulpit, and superb carving under a wide barrel roof.
