Guided tours; gift shop; WC; car park. A disabled drop-off and pick-up point is available directly outside the museum, accessed via the Viewforth Car Park. A stairlift can be used to gain access to the upper floor.
The museum was founded in 1922, and is world renowned for its Jacobite memorabilia.
