Car park available and dogs admitted on leads only, except to cafe. Cafe and shop housed in a former mill house, standing on a small beach near the Yealm estuary.

A great beach, and more: some of the best rock pools in the country, good surfing, masses of wildlife and views of the distinctive island - the Great Mewstone.
