Underleigh House - Hope

A warm welcome by Vivienne is extended to all guests in this lovely 19th century farmhouse situated on a hillside up a private lane 1½ miles from the centre of the ancient village of Hope in the glorious Peak District National Park.

The setting is one of peaceful green fields and views over the valley to the hills beyond.

Each of the bedrooms is afforded either a countryside view or one over the colourful garden, where the scents from the roses and honeysuckle in the summer are wonderful Relax on the patio and enjoy the tubs and baskets of flowers.

Meals are served 'house party style', around the scrubbed top kitchen table or the oak refectory table in the stone flagged dining room.

A resident teddy bear in each of the well furnished bedroom make this an ideal touring base. Renowned for its hearty breakfasts and gourmet houseparty dinners from the owner/chef.

Special rates apply to Dinner B&B and short breaks. Ideally located for the historic homes of Chatsworth, Haddon, Eyam, and Hardwick, and the historic villages of Castleton, Hathersage and Eyam are all within a five mile radius.
