Ullapool Museum

Housed in an 'A' listed historic building, a former Telford Parliamentary Church, the museum interprets the natural and human history of Lochbroom and Corach area.

This includes the establishment of Ullapool by the British Fisheries Society in 1788 and the voyage of the 'Hector' in 1773, the first emigrant ship to sail direct from Scotland to Nova Scotia.

The museum also displays objects, photographs, community tapestries and quilts.
