Castle Hill dominates this pretty and unusual village with three Ends - Church, Middle and Lower.
St Giles church built of local Totternhoe 'clunch' stone was also used for Westminster Abbey.
There are two old pubs in the village the Old Farm dates from the 17th century and the Cross Keys is a thatched, half-timbered building and has a fireplace dated 1433.
