Little village six miles south east of Loddon with a garage, post office, an inn, two beautiful moated homes one Tudor and the other is timber-framed.
Oak from the woods around the village was used to make the great doors of King's College, Cambridge.
The small village of Bulls Green just north has two timber-framed farmhouses and two Georgian houses.
St Margaret’s Church in Pound Lane is a late 12th century church surrounded by lovely fields. The most notable feature is the embattled Norman tower which has two windows.
