URPoint Details
Charles II stayed in this village with the Killigrew family.
The Four Horseshoes is the most delightful thatched white painted pub dating from 1150. The interior is as good as the outside with low exposed beams, uneven floor, dark furniture and a beautiful long panelled bar. The meals are superb with generous servings and reasonably priced.
The accommodation is excellent, all with ensuites and some of the rooms have sloping ceilings. We have this pub listed on our Accommodation database!
