Tenniel, Sir John Claimed

Sir John Tenniel born 28 February 1820 in Bayswater, London was a British illustrator, graphic humourist and political cartoonist. He illustrated Aesop’s Fables, 100 drawings in 1848, Alice in Wonderland in 1865, Through the Looking Glass in 1870.

He died 25 February 1914 aged 93 years in London
