URPoint Details
The village has a group of whitewashed 18th century cottages facing the church of St Peters standing on its smooth open lawn, the inn and the graceful medieval Bristol High Cross brought here in 1780. Inside the church are several monuments to the Hoare family, the famous bankers and creators of Stourhead.
