URPoint Details
A large village on the slopes of the downs and has some delightful half-timbered houses and a large green fringed with trees.
The church originally built by monks was designed to protect people from getting there feet wet in bad weather, and dates back to the days when there was an alien priory at Steventon. Little remains except the beautiful Priory Cottages.
