Weatherboard houses, a Norman church sit in this village on top of the cliffs where a steep lane leads down to the shore some 400ft below.
The Church of St Mary of Antioch is a fine Norman church with a squat, battlemented west tower. It has a very interesting feature that of Norman work above the nave.
