URPoint Details
From a farm a mile west of the village a track leads to St Aldhelm's Head, a coastguard station, with a sturdy Norman chapel.
From the head, above the cliffs nearly 400ft high offers magnificent views along the coast.
From the same farm there is another track which descends into a beautiful winding valley to Chapmans Pool, a cove good for fossil hunting and watching cormorants.
