URPoint Details
South Lopham St Andrew's church has a most unusual tower in the middle rather than at one end and an Anglo-Saxon window.
The Lophams lay claim to three "wonders". The first is the ford in South Lopham where the River Ouse and River Waveney begin. The second is a self grown stile, formed by a tree which has a strange shape. The third at Oxfoot Farm in South Lopham is of the Oxfoot Stone, a flattish slab of sandstone measuring 3' x 2' which has an impression of an ox footprint.
