Open all year 10.30am-6pm, 1 April to 31 October. 1 November to 31 March, 10.30 am-5 pm or dusk. Closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day. . Light meals and teas available in Jermyn's House Restaurant from Easter to end October and during w/end opening hours November to March. Dogs are not allowed, free parking, picnic area. All-ability path network and accessible toilets.
See the trees of the world in a glorious setting! The gardens are named after Sir Harold Hillier, who established one of the largest collections of trees and shrubs in Hampshire. They are known to gardening experts and scientists the world over and now the public, plantsman, novice gardener and those who like to be amongst lovely things, are invited to enjoy the attraction. There are 40,000 plants originating from every continent in the 166 acres.
