The westernmost village in England with a 13th century church where the ‘Table Men’ rock stands at the end of a footpath not far from the church.
It is said that King Arthur, leading the forces of the seven Cornish chiefs to victory over the Danes and they celebrated by having a banquet on the ‘Rock’.
