Sir John Scot, Lord Scotstarvit (1585–1670), was a Scottish laird, advocate, judge, politician and author of Scot of Scotstarvit's Staggerings State of the Scots Statesmen.
A handsome and well built 15th century tower house remodelled in the mid-16th century and renowned as the home of Sir John Scot
