URPoint Details
A little village in wooded countryside with a long village green and old buildings, opposite the church are some pre-Victorian almshouses with pointed windows and doors.
The small church of the Holy Cross is built of flint with a short nave and arches in the chancel date from the 12th century. The Tower of a later period has a brick top with an unusual saddleback roof, its ridge at right angles to the line of the nave.
