URPoint Details
All Saint's ironstone church dates from Norman times and is a memorial to Sir Thomas Tresham. His alabaster figure, dressed in robes of the Grand Prior of the Knights Hospitallers, dates from around 1562. Nearby lies the effigy of William de Goldingham who died in 1296. He wears a beautifully detailed example of chain armour complete with sword and shield.
