The museum is accessed via a ramp with a low threshold across the entrance. The ground floor, including main Exhibition Hall, temporary exhibition and accessible toilet with baby change are all accessible. The upper floor, including Research Room, Community Room and gallery are unfortunately not accessible. All assistance dogs are welcome at the museum. Accessible toilet with baby change to the left of the welcome desk.
Interesting display of local history and a great collection of 19th century glass and ceramics. The Royston Embroidery Project, depicting the local history of the area is on display here and is well worth seeing and will measure 110 ft long.
