URPoint Details
Very pretty countryside all around this delightful little market town with two church towers and where the Market Square has some lovely Georgian buildings and the Dial House is dated 1700.
The town can boast having three churches in its past, but all that remains of Hackford church is the ruined wall of 1543.
Close by is the Church of St Michael of Whitwell which has a tall Perpendicular west tower and an interesting Jacobean pulpit with sounding-board.
