Rainham (Kent) - Church of St Margaret

St Margaret’s Church dates back to the 14th century, and virtually unaltered since the 16th century, boasts a fine Plantangenet ceiling. The tenor bell in the tower led the peals of celebration across the then wide open spaces of the Medway to celebrate the victory over the Armada.
