A museum telling the story of the town known as ‘Queen’s Ferry’ in honour of the saintly Queen Margaret who died in 1093, who encouraged pilgrims to use the ferry crossing to travel to the shrine of St Andrew in Fife.
The museum also describes the development of the Queensferry Passage, the growth of the former Royal Burgh and the building of the Forth Bridges.
