URPoint Details

Audio-visual show; gift shop; tearoom; WC; car park; disabled access.

The centre close to the viewpoint, is the focal point of the Tay Forest Park and provides an ideal introduction, describing the history of the people and forests in Highland Perthshire.

The views across Loch Tummel to the mountain of Schiehallion and beyond is stunning.

The viewpoint is thought to have been visited by Queen Victoria in 1866, but it is more likely named after Queen Isabella, wife of Robert the Bruce.
