No dogs allowed in formal gardens, pathways or lawns: welcome in the rest of the grounds on leads. Licensed restaurant shop picnic site.
Disabled visitors may be driven to and collected from front door vehicles must be left in main car park, some way from house disabled drivers may park near house and shop with prior permission. Hall: two steps to front door ramps available all rooms are on one level and suitable for wheelchair users, who are limited to three at a time at 15-minute intervals. Grounds: lawns and level grass walks gravel areas Rose garden not suitable for wheelchairs - crazy paving a landscape walk of about 1 mile through open farm and woodland has a hard surface, suitable for wheelchairs and disabled walkers panoramic views of Ranmore Common and to house. Tearoom in stable courtyard ramp thick handled cutlery available. Rose and lavender gardens some items in house may be touched (contact House Steward).
The croquet lawn is available for use, Equipment hire from the House. The Estate also includes a YHA hostel.
