Superb site with views to Snowdonia and over Beaumaris Bay. The Victorian walled garden containing a parterre and terraces has a wide collection of climbers and free-standing shrubs with magnolias, camellias, azaleas and fuchsia walk.
The lower bog garden has Aralia, tree ferns, palms and gunnera.
There is also an important collection of trees in the grounds including metasequoia and maidenhair tree as well as mature beeches and oak.
