One of the most beautiful cities, famed for England's oldest university, traditions and its skyline of 'dreaming spires' (best seen from the hills in the Vale to the west!).

Visit the college and university buildings, the Sheldonian Theatre, the domed Radcliffe Camera and part of the Bodleian Library, to name a few. The world famous college quadrangles are open most afternoons. Carfax Tower, Christ Church Cathedral, the Oxford Story and the Ashmoleum Museum are all worth a visit.

Sheldonian Theatre, Broad St. Open 10am-12.30pm & 2-4.30pm. Admission charge.
The ceremonial Hall of University, opened in 1660, architect Christopher Wren. The theatre's ceiling is of particular interest and excellent view of the spires of Oxford from the Cupola.

All Souls College, High St. Open weekdays 2-4.30pm. Closed August.

Balliol College, Broad St. Open daily, closed Christmas and Easter and last 3 weeks in August.

Brasenose College, Radcliffe Square.Open 10-11.30am & 2-5pm. Admission free to individuals, groups by arrangement.

Campion Hall, Brewer St. Not open to the public.

Christ Church, St Aldates. Open summer 9am-6pm, rest of the year 9.30am-4.30pm. Closed Christmas Day.
