Spectacular views over Salcombe estuary can be enjoyed from the beautiful 6-acre garden, with its many rare plants, shrubs and trees. The elegant Edwardian house contains collections of local photographs taken at the end of the last century, local ship building tools, model boats, toys, shells, birds, animals and other collections, together with a secret room for children. Also of interest is an exhibition showing the natural history of Sharpitor.
