The Church of St Mary has an imposing tower containing a west door.
The north doorway is also a surprise as it has a hood of leaved capitals.
Inside are tall 13th century arcades and the pulpit dates from 1626 and was made by the parish clerk for £5 3s 4d for his labours. The rood screen has paintings of the saints an altar table dated 1622.
