A Duchy of Cornwall Estate walk, starting from the Globe Inn.
3½ mile walk on reasonably level ground, about 1½ miles on quiet roads and the remainder through meadows and farmland.
During wet periods expect to find the going underfoot rather muddy in places, but otherwise suitable for comfortable walking shoes.
Six stiles to be negotiated.
Through a well kept village of ancient properties and a fine old Church, into contrasting countryside.
Here, within a short distance you will walk by coverts, through farmland, alongside busy streams and a lake where you will be unlucky if you do not catch glimpses of the herons that frequent this area.
