URPoint Details
St Nicholas’s Church, (Churches Conservation Trust).
Peaceful in its surrounding fields and close to the River Yare, is notable for having one of the finest of Norfolk’s five wholly octagonal towers, dating from the 13th century, and has a fine 15th century font. The special quality of the interior is the result of an unusually early 19th century restoration. Grade I listed building
