Nether Winchendon - Church of St Nicholas

The Church of St Nicholas is a very pretty 18th century example of what many churches must have been like before Victorian improvements were undertaken. It has a gallery with an organ and Royal Arms, hatchments, box pews and a high pulpit, as well as candelabra, English and Flemish glass, and brasses including one of a 20th century officer, all in a picture book village setting.
