URPoint Details
The village on the River Nar boasts traces of the Bronze Age, Iron Age and Roman occupation before being mentioned in the Domesday Book.
In the old part of the village the Ship Inn, All Saints Church, Narborough Hall, the Mill, the Maltings and a few other old houses all relics of the days gone by when laden barges were the transport of the day.
