Open April to September, Thursday, Sunday & Bank Holidays only 2-6pm. Admission charge; no dogs allowed; no toilets.
Disabled parking 50m from entrance via roadside verge; car park surface can be slippery and muddy if wet; disabled visitors may be set down nearer the mill - please phone in advance if possible. Mill: ground floor accessible; ladder steps to first floor are very steep and narrow; separate entrance at rear. Grounds: smooth grassed area by the river is accessible via earth paths; a pusher is recommended; seats available in summer; Wooden parts of mill, sack cloth and old mill tools can be touched; visitors may enjoy the sounds of the mill turning, river sounds and bird song.
