Moira Furnace Museum & Country Park

This impressive early 19th century blast furnace is probably the best preserved in Europe. Built in 1804 by the Earl of Moira, it was a forerunner for larger, more advanced furnaces and includes limekilns, a casting shed, engine house and museum.
