A loch in Dumfries and Galloway, on the Gargrie Moor, 2 miles (3 km) north of Eldrig
At the northern end of the loch stand the 15th-16th century towers of the Old Place of Mochrum, which was restored after 1873 by successive Marquesses of Bute.
