The pillared Market Hall dates from the 17th century and the restored cruciform church has a 14th century octagonal tower and many brasses.
To the northwest is the lofty common, and also Rodborough Common offering fine views.
A legend is attached to the perforated Long Stone, part of an ancient barrow, through a hole in which babies were said to have been passed in order to cure rickets. It lies on an unclassified road to the southeast leading to Avening.
