Mill, John Stuart FRSE - London Claimed

John Stuart Mill FRSE born 20 May 1806, Rodney Street, Pentonville was a British philosopher, political economist and civil servant. He wrote many works including Two Letters on the Measure of Value in 1822, The Negro in Question in 1850 and On Liberty in 1859.

He died on 8 May 1873 at Avignon, France
