The Midland Railway Centre takes you on a nostalgic trip behind main line steam and diesel locomotives through the beautiful Derbyshire countryside. There is also a 35 acre country park, farm park, buffets and coffee shops. The railway theme park with over twenty steam locos, over twenty five diesel and electric locos, coaches, wagons and many other items of interest covering 125 years of railway history. Miniature railway, narrow gauge, gardens and model railways make up a unique attraction. The entry ticket allows unlimited travel on most days and two children travel free with each adult ticket sold.
