Metheringham Airfield Visitor Centre

There is level Access to most of the site, with a small step into the CP and ZS room. >During the Second World War farmland near this Lincolnshire village was cleared of buildings, livestock and trees to make way for RAF Metheringham and the Lancasters and the air and ground crews of 106 Squadron.
A fascinating exhibition of photographs and memorabilia can be found at Westmoor Farm, the site of thdomestic quarters, which recalls life on this wartime airfield.
