URPoint Details
At the head of the Stour Estuary these attractive towns are joined by a lovely waterfront area, noted for its swans
Manningtree itself is a delightful little coastal town full of winding roads and interesting buildings including Medieval, Tudor, Georgian and Victorian. The painted flower pot containers, donated by residents and businesses are always full of plants and make a wonderful splash of colour.
A visit to Mistley would not be complete without stopping at The Walls where you can sit and enjoy an uninterrupted view over the Estuary and where the swans are famous.
