URPoint Details
Loch Gamhna, a small and shallow loch in the Rothiemurchus Forest, to the south of the larger Loch an Eilein, 3 miles (5 km) south of Aviemore.
Located at 270m (885 feet) above sea level, the loch is colonised by reed.
A bronze cauldron was discovered here by a nature warden in 1964.
