URPoint Details
A loch on Rannoch Moor on the River Gaur midway between Loch Laidon in the west and Loch Rannoch in the east.
It receives the Allt Eigheach from the north.
The loch has been artificially enlarged as part of the Tummel-Garry hydroelectric scheme.
