Loch Beannacharain or Loch Beannachan, situated close to Inverchoran (Loch Beannacharain) A deep loch on the course of the River Meig is located within the Strathconon Forest 6 miles (10 km) southeast of Achnasheen. It is not to be confused with Loch Beannacharan which lies 8½ miles (14 km) to the southeast.
